My husband and I are going to Cancun next month.  We are really looking forward to it.  We’ve been married for 5 years and we have not been on vacation since our honeymoon.  We went to Punta Cana then.  We really liked it but since we hardly ever travel, we wanted to go someplace new.  We are going to check out Chichen Itza, some other Mayan ruins, and some really cool underground caverns.  We also have two snorkeling trips because my husband loves to snorkel.  It was his favorite thing to do in Punta Cana.  We’re going to get a Cancun rental car to drive around in for the week.  My husband doesn’t do well in buses or cabs.  He gets pretty car sick if he cannot drive.

When my husband went to Florida for a business conference a couple of months ago, he couldn’t really deal with taking a taxi around.  By the second day, he was already checking into Orlando rental cars.  He had hard time renting one because it was so last minute.  I’m going to make sure that I reserve a car in Cancun before we even get there.  Maybe we can rent something fun, like a convertible!
