Weight Loss
By Digi on Nov 19, 2008 in Health
I started a weight loss program last spring after gaining too much weight after my last pregnancy. I’d always been heavy, but at almost 240 lbs, I was about 100 lbs overweight and really tired of it. My doctor had been after me for years to exercise and lose some weight, so she was ecstatic when I promised her I was serious about it. I had some discussions with a nutritionist, who explained things like BMI to me. I also joined a weight-loss group, which has been really great for moral support. My husband and I started eating better and walking regularly.
We both started to lose weight. It wasn’t exactly easy, but the changes started showing after about a month. After 3 months, Jerry’s lost 30 lbs, and I’ve lost 20. My doctor says we can safely go faster than that, so Jerry and I have been discussing whether we should use some human growth hormone, which I’ve heard people talking about at work.
Hgh products are supposed to help you with other things besides weight loss, like sleep and energy. With a new baby in the house, I can tell you I really like that thought. We’re planning to buy hgh and start it real soon.
