Do you need to get Cisco training in order to move your computer career forward? If so then these are the tips to keep in mind while you start looking at your options:

- Find a really good Cisco Training Course. A high-quality course is going to teach you what you need to know in order to be able to easily get the certification that you need. You can do Cisco Training online or at a local school. Choose the method that is best for you.

- Commit to doing the work. Finding a good school is only half of the job. The rest of the job involves making sure that you do the work and do it well. Try your hardest to learn what you need to know so that your Cisco certification comes more easily to you.

- Study for your exam. You will have to pass a final exam in order to get your Cisco Certification. You shouldn’t slack off just because you’ve taken a good class. You don’t want to just skate by. Instead, you want to make sure that you study for the class. You might even want to take an exam prep course before the exam although you might not need it if you got good Cisco Training.

What’s Everyone Doing These Days?

Ten years. That’s how long it has been since I walked down the aisle of my high school graduation ceremony, tossed my cap in the air and said goodbye to most of my friends. That’s how long it has been since I have seen most of those people. However, sites like Facebook now make it possible for me to get back in touch with those people to see what they’re doing these days.

Most of the people that I know from high school are doing more or less what I would have thought they were doing. Judi had always said that she wanted to be a doctor and she’s now completed not one but two Master of Science Health Science Programs (a Physician Assistant Program and an Occupational Therapy Program) so she’s well on her way towards achieving that goal. Sam is wrapping up law school just like she’d planned. Joe owns his own business after doing just a bachelors program in a basic business degree.

It’s not quite the same for me. I’ve jumped around a lot from one job to the next. I’ve moved to a few different cities and explored the way of life in each of them, focusing more on entertainment and relationships than any particular career. And you know what? I am the one who has the most interesting stories to tell when we get online and someone asks “so, what’s everyone doing these days?”

Great internet provider

I don’t think I’m ever going to have to find another internet provider! The one I just found set me up the day after I called them and the speed of their service has been so phenomenal it just amazes me.

Of all the satellite internet providers I have used in my life time, these guys really take the cake. I got my first month for free and the service guy even gave me a free t-shirt when he arrived at my house. They have a great on line payment option and never hassle me for a payment even when I’m a few days behind.

Wireless internet access was my only concern when switching internet service providers, but when I told the lady on the phone that was a concern of mine, she threw a wireless router into my sign-up deal for free. I was really clueless about setting that router up and the install guy could tell that so he offered to do the set up of my wireless network for me.

All in all, I have to say I have never been happier to do business with a company than I am with my new satellite internet provider.

Going to School Online for a Business Education

After getting married, I left college before getting my bachelor’s degree. That was ten years ago. My husband taught me how to use a computer. He works at a computer repair shop. We have been talking about setting up our own sales and service shop in another part of the city, so it makes sense that I learn more about computer systems myself.

I was a little anxious about attending classes again because it’s been a while since my last school days, but we found an online university with a computer technology program that looked really promising. The best thing was that students didn’t have to attend any classes in person. But I could consult with the instructor about any problems or questions I might have.

Students could take computer courses for certificate or associates programs and online bachelors degrees, which means I can choose how far to go. Right now I’m working in retail sales, so it was nice to know I could go to class in the evening. We need a second income right now.

My classes started last month, and they’re really going well. I’m learning a lot, and the only thing I had to do at first was download some software, which was really easy. My husband has been really impressed with the courses, and the instructor has been really helpful. Who knows? It can’t hurt to look into online business degrees too.
